I was just going through the same thoughts. I was telling someone that God does so much for us but we humans have a knack of taking things for granted. He continues to bless us and we expect that to continue no matter what we do, instead we ask for more. But it's Gods grace that he chooses to forgive us our wrongdoings and continues to shower His blessings upon us. We really must be very grateful to Him for what He does for us.

I sure hope people start waking up as I believe Trump getting in is God's gift of a short reprieve. I think he's giving his called out one's time to get ready for the stuff hitting the fan. He gave us 8 years of the previous adminstration to show us what happens when we become appathetic toward him, and our current administration to see if we'll change. I'm not sure we will even get four years as I believe Satan knows his time is short and I think this summer will become a living hell in most cities. Don't know that as a fact, but it has been laying heavy in my heart. Always good to hear from you Floyd!

I think it's sad that most of the innocent people don't know these facts and the humanistic media won't begin to share truth. Truth unwinds their world. They do believe they are "as gods", the very thing that started this fall to begin with.

Hey Mike! I have learned not to place my trust in earthly leaders of any kind. They, like me, have feet of clay. I will instead put my faith and trust in the only ONE whom I can truly trust to keep His word.

As I was reading I was specifically thinking of our Fore Fathers. Just last night I read some of George Washington's personal letters to his family. He indeed was a warrior poet from God; not afraid to die if that's what God willed, but determined to change the world and God's hand protected his valor until it was accomplished.

Excellent reminder that kindness doesn't mean weakness. May our society wake up to that reason that comes from Above.

Thank you so much Betty. Those were very kind works, and I appreciate the like. A lot of my stuff over the past year has been from a Jeremiah speaking to Israel, but I feel we might have a new lease if we're will to step up and starting being the warriors Christ has called us to be.

What hit me as I was reading this is that it's an action. Not surprising that the root of disciple is discipline. It's never about just the "feelings", it's always, when it's about begin a disciple or doing the will of God, and action.

You are right about it panning out in the end, as we know how the story ends. :) And, of course, you're right about the when and not if. The Chinese and Russian military's are really ramping up, and they are even doing joint exercises together. You notice how every hack that happens now is blamed on the Russians or Chinese. Makes you wonder if our current administration isn't looking for a reason to pick a fight by blaming them for everything that happens. Of course if war happens even on a small scale, elections will be suspended for the foreseeable future. The fundamental transformation of our country is going full speed ahead. I believe there will be pockets of people turning to the LORD, but paganism and atheism, has been being indoctrinated into our culture for a couple generations now; and I feel the ship sailing away. One can always hope and of course pray. Good to hear from you, Floyd!

I'm a firm believer in "when" not "if" trials and tough time will come. I think you are spot on although I am not much well-versed in the end times. I know the views but my view has always been to be pan-millenial. It will all pan out in the end.

I used to wonder about the scripture that stated that if possible even the very elect would be deceived. I think I understand it now. Unless you are steeped in the scriptures there will be such deception that most Christians will be deceived due to their general lack of whats in the Bible. Just my opinion though.
